Newark, NJ - The Essex County College Women's soccer team fell Saturday at Mercer County Community College, 10-0 in the Region 19 Championship game. The lady Wolverines hung tough with the Vikings for much of the first half, but could not stop their high powered offense. Freshmen GK Marie Telusma finished with five saves for the game and Sophomore Stacyann Clair led the offense with one shot all goal.
With the loss, the Lady Wolverines end their season and finish second in Region 19 and with a record of 5-7-1. The Lady Wolverines also finish the year with three All Region DII award winners.
