NJCAA All - Region Teams Announced

Newark, NJ - The NJCAA announced their All-Region teams on Thursday Feb. 27th, with men's basketball standout Jaidan Gilzene being nominated to the NJCAA - All Region First Team. Gilzene averaged 18 points per game with 8.7 rebounds for the season, helping the Wolverines to a 10-17 overall record and 5-7 in the region. Jaidan Gilzene put 6 games of 20 or more points together this season, including a 40 point performance in a 102-92 victory over Region 19 rivals Mercer County Community College. Gilzene is a two year participant at Essex on the Men's Basketball team, playing both the Guard and Forward positions; Gilzene also Majors in Business.
