Wolverine Comeback Falls Short

Newark, NJ - The Wolverines played at Middlesex College Tuesday night, mounting a furious comeback that fell just short. Jaidan Gilzene led the Wolverines come back with 30 points and 7 rebounds for the game, while Ricardo Gomez chipped in with 10 points and 14 rebounds.

Essex would go on to shoot 56.3% from the field, while shooting 60% from three point range. Ethan Laquindanum also chipped in with five assists.

The Wolverines have no time to sulk, as they resume play at Rowan College - Cumberland Thursday night with a 7pm tipoff. Essex played Rowan College - Cumberland earlier this season at home to a 83-45 victory.
