Track & Field 2024 season meeting - December 1st

Newark, NJ - Track and Field head coach, Lionel Leach has announced a meeting for all Essex County College students interested in joining the track and field indoor/outdoor teams for the 2024 spring semester. Meeting will be on Friday, December 1st at 4:00pm located in room 401 in the Cleo Hill Physical Education Building. 

If you participated in cross country, track or field events in high school and may be interested in signing up, please attend Friday's meeting. 

Necessary Paperwork to be a part of the Essex track and field teams:

1. Official High School Transcript.

       * Send electronically to hstranscriptsin@essex.edu and mail to the Essex County College Athletics Department 

       * Needs to be signed and include date of graduation.

       * International students - Transcripts must be translated in english + must contact enrollment services for approval

2. Official College Transcript - transfer students only.

       *Send electronically to transcriptsin@essex.edu or mail to Essex County College Athletics Department

3. Must be enrolled in 12 or more credits for 2024 semester.

4. Must have a valid physical turned into the athletics office before practicing
